  1. Loved your thoughts on having a ‘deep well.’ Leading myself definitely is hard. Keeping pure motives is hard. Seeking God just for the sake of knowing Him vs seeking God so that I have the answers or can direct others to seek Him. It also struck me when you said that desiring to lead is a noble thing. I struggle with feeling imposter syndrome; who do I think I am? Looking forward to your next episode!

    1. Thanks for taking the time to listen, Jayna, and to respond. Every single leader has struggled with feeling the imposter syndrome – every.single.one. I think to have those feelings can serve to remind us that the thing that makes us of value and worth is who we are in Christ. It’s Christ in us (I love how TPL says in Ephesians we are God’s poetry) and how he feels about us and what he’s entrusted into our hand.
